
Christmas break calls for White Chocolate Peppermint Lattes at home! Garnish with whip and a candy cane to feel extra festive.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Donia Farms Milk 2% or 3.25%
- 2 - 4 Oz White Chocolate Depending on desired Sweetness
- 1/4 Tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1.5 Shots Espresso OR
- 3-4 Tsp Instant Coffee

Instructions
- Over Medium-High Heat, whisk together milk, chocolate and peppermint. Once Near boil and smooth, add in instant coffee and whisk until smooth.
- If using Espresso, pour the espresso shot in each mug and pour milk mixture over.
- Top with whipped cream, and garnish with candy cane.
- Enjoy!
