We love to fire up the grill! Nearly every week in the summer I marinate a family sized pack of chicken thighs for the BBQ. We eat it all week long on salads, in wraps and as a main for dinner.
The secret to this chicken marinade is our Natural Grass Fed Heritage Yogurt!
I have used both boneless/skinless chicken and skin on/bone in chicken for this recipe. They are both delicious! if you use skin on chicken just give yourself at least an extra hour to marinate.
If you like a little heat, add few dash’s of cayenne pepper!
