The Keg Butter Grilled Cheese

Everyone knows there are two butters you can get at The Keg. There is the regular  whipped butter, and then there is the THREE CHEESE BUTTER. You usually have to ask for the three cheese butter, but its the best.  Heres our version… and we think its way better!

The Keg butter is whipped, so we start with our Sea Salted Grass Fed Butter at room temperature and whip it! Then we add in garlic and the most importantly, the three types of cheese! We went with our grass fed heritage butter (of course!), monterey jack, and parmesan.

You can use this butter on everything! Serve it Keg style with warm fresh bread, add it to sandwiches, on your steak or in your potatoes.  OR you can make what we did….. THE KEG BUTTER GRILLED CHEESE!

Donia Farms Sea Salted Butter

1/2 cup

Donia Farms Heritage Cheese

1/2 cup

Shredded Montery Jack

1/2 Cup

Shredded Parmesan

2 cloves


  1. Add the butter to the bowl of a stand mixer or in a medium bowl with a hand held mixer. Whip the butter until it is light. Add in the garlic and three cheeses, and whip to combine.

  2. Store in an air tight container. Serve at room temperature!
