
The cutest hot chocolate topper!
You can tint your whipping cream with any colour, or leave it plain. Just a few drops of red create a beautiful pastel pink!

Spread the whipping cream on a parchment lined cookie sheet to approximately 1 cm thick. Freeze for at least 1 hour, or until set. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cup Whipped Cream
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Rounded Tbsp Powdered Sugar
- Red Food Colouring Optional

Instructions
- In a bowl of stand mixer or with a hand mixer, whip all ingredients until stiff peaks form.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread the whipping cream over the parchment approximately 1 cm thick.
- Freeze for 1.5 hours, or until set. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters.
- Make your favourite hot chocolate using Donia Farms 3.25% Grass Fed Milk. Top with whipped cream hearts and serve!
