Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Orange Creamsicles are a childhood favourite, and so are these healthy smoothies! They are easy to make, being just yogurt, milk, 2 oranges, a frozen banana and a touch of maple syrup.

We have picky eaters at our house, and these smoothies are a solution to get some fresh fruit into our kids.

You can makes this smoothie with either 3.25% or 2% Heritage Grass Fed, but our preference for a little extra creaminess is to go with the 3.25.  Which ever you choose, you will love this smoothie!

Ingredients
  • 2 Large Navel Oranges
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Donia Farms Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Donia Farms Grass-Fed Milk 3.25% or 2%
  • 1 Cup Ice

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except the ice to blender. Blend on High until smooth.
  2. Add in ice, 1/3 cup at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Top with orange slice and dollop of vanilla yogurt!
