Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Donia Farms Grass-Fed Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Donia Farms grass fed vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1.5 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Servings: People
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl, it should be thick. Top with your favourite toppings, and enjoy!
  2. Topping suggestions: granola, chopped apple, cinnamon, hemp hearts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, almond butter.
