Green Mint Smoothie

A whole lot of goodness goes into this smoothie! Yogurt, milk, avocado, banana and spinach! When we have it, we add in some fresh mint leaves, otherwise Peppermint Extract will do. Add in a handful of Chocolate Chips for a real treat. Refreshing and Delicious!

Make sure you have some frozen bananas in your freezer. We love to keep some frozen just for smoothies! They add such  creaminess to your smoothie.

Don’t forget to top your smoothie with an extra dollop of yogurt and a sprinkle of chocolate chips. You wont regret it!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Donia Farms Grass Fed Yogurt Vanilla or Natural
  • 1 Cup Cup Donia Farms Grass Fed Milk 2%
  • 3 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 2- 4 Tsp Agave Syrup Too Taste
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 - 3/4 Tsp Peppermint Extract Sub Real Mint Leaf - approximately 10 leaves or to taste

Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients on high speed.
  2. Top with an extra dollop of yogurt and sprinkle of chocolate chips.
  3. Enjoy!
