A whole lot of goodness goes into this smoothie! Yogurt, milk, avocado, banana and spinach! When we have it, we add in some fresh mint leaves, otherwise Peppermint Extract will do. Add in a handful of Chocolate Chips for a real treat. Refreshing and Delicious!
Make sure you have some frozen bananas in your freezer. We love to keep some frozen just for smoothies! They add such creaminess to your smoothie.
Don’t forget to top your smoothie with an extra dollop of yogurt and a sprinkle of chocolate chips. You wont regret it!
