A Dijon Garlic Balsamic Dressing paired with a Blue Cheese & Pear Salad… This goes wonderfully with steak.
I have started making this dressing and salad nearly every week since my cousin, Amanda, made it. My husband says, “That was the best salad ever!” and “Can we have Amanda’s Salad tonight.”
This recipe makes just over 1 cup of dressing and left overs keep well in the fridge. I like to refrigerate the dressing for at least one hour, as the flavours seems to blend together. It gets better after 24 hours and is easy to prepare for your dinners or lunches for the week!
Since Amanda actually just threw the salad together I am not sure we will ever have the exact masterpiece her salad was. But, here is a version we have continued to enjoy.
