Brownie Cake


Coming just in time for Valentine’s! This Chocolate Brownie Cake is so easy to make and is so good. Its a cake, but also a little like a fudgey brownie. Serve it still warm with ice cream or try it with our Vanilla Butter Cream.

The Secret to this cake is one package of chocolate pudding mixed into the dry ingredients. It keeps the cake ultra moist and gives it more of a fudgey texture.

Ingredients
Cake Batter
  • 1.5 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Package Chocolate Pudding
  • 1/2 Cup Donia Farms Sea Salted Butter Melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 Cup Donai Farms 3.25% Grass-Fed Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Coffee Hot
Icing
  • 2 Cups Icing Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Donia Farms Sea Salted Butter
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Almond Extract

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease bundt pan and set aside. In large bowl, combine flour, both sugars, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and dry chocolate pudding mix.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and vanilla. Using spatula, mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  3. In separate small bowl add melted butter and hot coffee. Slowly pour hot liquid into batter, mixing with spatula until well combined.
  4. Batter will be thick. Scrape batter into bundt pan and bake at 350 for 50 - 60 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
