Coming just in time for Valentine’s! This Chocolate Brownie Cake is so easy to make and is so good. Its a cake, but also a little like a fudgey brownie. Serve it still warm with ice cream or try it with our Vanilla Butter Cream.
The Secret to this cake is one package of chocolate pudding mixed into the dry ingredients. It keeps the cake ultra moist and gives it more of a fudgey texture.

1Cup Granulated White Sugar
1/4Cup Brown Sugar
3/4Cup Cocoa Powder
1Package Chocolate Pudding
1/2Cup Donia Farms Sea Salted ButterMelted
3/4 Cup Donai Farms 3.25% Grass-Fed Milk
2Cups Icing Sugar
1/2Cup Donia Farms Sea Salted Butter
1Tsp Almond Extract
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bundt pan and set aside.
In large bowl, combine flour, both sugars, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and dry chocolate pudding mix.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and vanilla. Using spatula, mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
In separate small bowl add melted butter and hot coffee. Slowly pour hot liquid into batter, mixing with spatula until well combined.
Batter will be thick. Scrape batter into bundt pan and bake at 350 for 50 - 60 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
