Yogurt Waffles

Yogurt Waffles! You cant go wrong! Brunch is made extra special by tinting the batter pink and using a heart shaped waffle iron. We then topped the waffles with our Heart Shaped Whipped Cream.

If you choose to tint your waffles pink, simply add red food colouring to your wet ingredients before combining to your dry ingredients. In our house, we prefer to have fresh fruit on top of our waffles, but you can also sprinkle some chopped strawberries into the batter.

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Cup Donia Farms Grass Fed Milk

  1. Heat Waffle Iron. In a medium bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. Set aside.
  2. In another medium bowl, combine the milk, yogurt, eggs, vanilla and butter and whisk until well combined. If you are adding chopped fruit or food colouring, add it to the wet ingredients.
  3. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until just incorporated. Use batter in waffle iron, being sure not to use too much batter per waffle. Cook according to waffle iron instructions, or until golden brown and cooked threw.
