10 Minute Naan Bread

We love Half Baked Harvests Naan Bread! It’s so good made with our Heritage Grass Fed Yogurt. BUT, we don’t always have the time to make it. (And we don’t always think that far ahead to allow time for the dough to rise LOL!)  This 10 minute Naan bread is just 5 ingredients and takes 10 minutes to make!

All you will need is Grass Fed Heritage Natural Yogurt, Flour, Salt, Baking Powder and Grass Fed Heritage Sea Salted Butter!  Be sure to roll the dough out thin, and cook it in a generous amount of butter!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Donia Farms Natural Yogurt
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 3/4 Cups Flour plus additional 1/2 cup for rolling dough.
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • Donia Farms Sea-Salted GrassFed Butter

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients with a wooden spoon. When it comes together use your hands (coat in flour first) to form a ball.
  2. Cut the dough into 8 equal parts. Generously dust counter and rolling pin with flour and roll out dough thin. You do not want wholes in the dough, but it should be very thin, about 1/2 cm or less! Be sure to continue to flour the counter while working with your dough.
  3. Heat pan over medium-high heat. When hot add 1 tsp of butter. Once melted add rolled out dough. Cook for about 2 minutes and then flip and another approximately two minutes. Keep an eye on cook time, as it can vary between stovetops.
  4. Continue to add an additional tsp of butter with each naan you cook. When done, Serve immediately!
