Peanut Butter Granola

You cant go wrong with this peanut butter granola. It is sweetened with honey, and has an added sprinkle of peanuts and mini chocolate chips that will make it your new fav. Its delicious served with our Heritage Grass Fed Vanilla Yogurt.

Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Cup of Donia Farms Sea-Salted GrassFed Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Peanuts Optional
  • 1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips Optional

Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 275 and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In microwave or stovetop, heat butter, peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  3. Pour over oats in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Fold in peanuts and chocolate chips.
  4. Bake at 275 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and gently stir. Bake additional 10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool completely on baking sheet. Granola will become crisp as it cools.
  6. Enjoy over our Heritage Grass-Fed Yogurt or Milk!
