Just make sure to strain the yogurt at least 1 hour, up to overnight to make your morning easy! This makes your yogurt EXTRA thick and it looks just like ice cream!

Ingredients

Banana

Granola

Chocolate chips

Honey or Maple Syrup

Fresh Berries

Instructions
  1. Strain your yogurt; line a strainer with paper towel and place yogurt on top. Place the yogurt filled strainer over a bowl. Let sit for at least 1 hour up to over night.

    This process will separate some of the whey from the yogurt, making it extra thick! You can skip this step, but your yogurt will not hold the ice cream shape very well.

  2. Decorate as desired with fruit, granola, chocolate chips and honey or maple syrup!
