Does anything sound better than a coffee and baileys this weekend? Try our Whipped Coffee & Baileys! A beautiful layer of Baileys, Our Grass Fed Heritage Milk, and Whipped Coffee. YUM!
When you stir in the whipped coffee it combines with the milk and baileys, making a wonderfully thick and creamy iced coffee. You can use either Heritage Grass fed 3.25% or 2%. We just recommend you let your guest do the stirring because it’s such a pretty and fun drink to serve!

In a stand mixer, or bowl of hand held mixer, beat the instant coffee, hot water and sugar until it becomes a silky whip with peaks.

Fill a glass or mug with ice approximately half full. Add 1 – 2 oz baileys and top with Donia Farms Grass Fed Milk until 3/4 full.

Top the milk with the whipped coffee and serve with a spoon for stirring! Stir your coffee until it becomes a thick and deliciously smooth iced coffee.

Note: Be careful not to top your whip too high as you will want to stir in the whipped coffee without spilling!
