Natural Grass Fed Heritage Yogurt, cool cucumber, and fresh herbs make up this classic dip! We love to serve this with a Greek dinner or as an appy with fresh veggies and pita as dippers.
Ingredients
Lemon Juice
Garlic, minced
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Fresh dill, finely chopped
Cucumber, small diced or grated
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow flavours to blend for at least one hour in the fridge before serving.

Note: For an extra thick and creamy tzatziki, strain the yogurt before using. To strain: Line a strainer with paper towel and place it over a shallow bowl. Add the yogurt to the lined strainer and let it sit refrigerated for 1 hour up to over night.
