Swirled Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are a fun change up on your regular smoothie! And they are much more satisfying when you top them with extra fruit, granola and seeds!

 

 

 

 

Ingredients
1

Banana, frozen

1

Orange, preferably frozen

1 cup

Strawberries, frozen

2/3 cup

Honey, to taste

Instructions
  1. In a blender, blend the banana, orange, 1/3 cup yogurt, and honey to taste. Divide the banana orange smoothie among two bowls.

  2. Next, add the strawberries, remaining yogurt and honey to the blender and blend until smooth.  Top the banana orange smoothie with the strawberry smoothie and swirl with a spoon or knife.

  3. Top your swirled smoothie bowl with your choice of fruit and chia seeds or granola!
