Our salad is loaded with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, beans, onions, our Grass Fed Feta Cheese and fresh herbs. If you’d like to add additional protein you can top it off with grilled chicken or hard boiled eggs! The dressing has a yogurt base and is filled with herbs like garlic, smoked paprika and fresh dill.

Orzo, made according to package instructions
Orange or yellow pepper, diced
Fresh Italian parsley
Red onion, small diced

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set it aside.
Chop the cucumber, tomato’s, and pepper. Small dice the onion and parsley. Chop or crumble the feta cheese.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Top with an additional sprinkle of parsley. Keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
