Whipped Iced Coffee had its moment a little while ago… and honestly, it needs to stay! (Dont be scared by the instant coffee!) It is our obsession when the sun is shining. It’s easy to make and feels fancy with the thick layers of whip and milk.
If you have friends stopping by for coffee, whip this up as something special! We love to add in a splash of Baileys on the weekend 😉 Actually, trying it with baileys is a must!
You only need ice, milk, instant coffee, sugar and hot water! We love to serve this with whipped coffee on top for a special presentation. But make sure the drinker gives the coffee a good stir before drinking. This coffee is deliciously thick and creamy!
Ingredients
Donia Farms 3.25% Milk
Ice
Instant coffee
White sugar
Hot water
Instructions

Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a small bowl. Using a handheld mixer or battery-operated frother, whip the mixture. After a couple minutes it will become a creamy whipped coffee with soft peaks able to form.

Fill ice 3/4 of the way up with ice cubes. Pour approximately 3/4 cup of milk over the ice.

Divide the whipped coffee between the two glasses. Before drinking, be sure to give the coffee a good stir!
