I make a big batch of these meatballs about once a month. They freeze well and are so versatile to pair with pasta, on salads, in sandwiches or just as a grab-and-go snack!
I switch up adding either Feta or Cheddar to the recipe. Either or is good – you can’t go wrong!
Italian bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated. We find using our hands is the easiest! Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop 1 tablespoon of meat and form balls with your hands!
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the meatballs and bake for another 5 – 10 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.
