Marinated Feta

If you are looking for a fun hostess gift, or easy and delicious addition to a charcuterie board, try making this marinated feta! Its takes just a few minutes to make, and is so pretty! We use a combo of fresh thyme, garlic, lemon, green onion and red chilli peppers, but, you can use your favourite flavours or what ever you have on hand. You can even try adding sliced jalapeños for some spice!

Ingredients
1 block

Donia Farms Feta Cheese

3 thin slices

lemon

3 cloves

garlic

1/4- 1/2 tsp

Red chilli flakes

4 - 5 sprigs

thyme

2 tsp

chopped green onion

olive oil, to cover fully

Instructions
  1. Dice feta into small cubes. Add to a jar or container. Add remaining ingredientsto the jar, pushing the them down around the sides.

  2. Add olive oil to completely cover the feta. Fit lid securly and gently turn it upside down to shake to mix.

  3. Marinate for at least one hour. Serve as is with tooth picks, or with crackers and crispy bread!
