The process is easy, but it does take a little patience as you want to wait for each layer to freeze slightly so your flavours don’t bleed together. By freezing each later 20 – 30 minutes before adding the next you will have beautiful fruit layers!

Don’t forget that our Vanilla Heritage Yogurt has NO added refined sugar for a less sweet, true vanilla taste. For those with a real sweet tooth, we have added an optional honey sweetener. If you would like to have a sweeter popsicle, just add 1 – 2 Tablespoons of honey or maple syrup to each layer.

Once your popsicles have set, we recommend cutting them right away and storing them in the freezer in Ziplock bags. They keep well in the freezer, but are best enjoyed within the week!

Ingredients
1 cup

Strawberries, fresh or frozen

1 cup

Blackberries, fresh or frozen

1 cup

Mango, fresh or frozen

3 - 6 Tbsp

Honey, optional

Instructions
  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment and set it aside.
  2. Using a food processor or blender, blend 1 cup of yogurt with mangos. if using add in 1 – 2 tbsp of honey, or to taste. Pour into the loaf pan and freeze for 20 – 30 minutes or until just set.
  3. While the first layer is hardening, prepare the other layers. Blend 1 cup of yogurt with strawberries (and optional honey) and place in a bowl in the fridge. Then, blend the last cup of yogurt with blackberries (and optional honey) and pour into another bowl in the fridge.
  4. Once the first mango layer has hardened, spoon the strawberry mixture as the next layer. Place into the freezer for another 20 – 30 minutes until set.
  5. Once the strawberry later has set, pour the blackberry mixture on top. Using popsicle or sucker sticks, insert them into place. (This should make approximately 12) As the first two layers have set, they should be able to press in and stand upright. If the popsicle sticks do not stay in place, wait a bit longer until the mixture has set.
    1. Keep in the freezer until completely frozen. Cut and store in Ziplock freezer bags.
