If you are like our family, the first week of November means there is an abundance of candy in the house! The kids have their candy sorted and trade their favourites with their siblings. Most important, Mom and Dad took their “Candy Tax” and have taken our share or Reese’s and Mars Bars.
Now, what to do with all this Candy! If you are looking to use up some tasty treats, this Easy Sheet Pan Cookie Recipe is your answer! And the best part? They take just one pan and one bowl! I love to freeze these cookies too, too so they can be enjoyed down the road.

Simply press the dough down into a baking sheet and top with your favourite left over candy and chocolate!. If you have a larger pan, the dough may not cover the whole pan. If this is the case, simply just square off the raw edge of the dough and bake – as long as the dough is spread about 1.5 cm thick, the recipe will work out well!
Allow the pan to cool before cutting into squares and enjoy with a tall glass of milk!
