This might be our new favourite way to eat butter. If you like heat, you will LOVE this!
Chilli oil can be very spicey. Its best to add just a little and add more as you need. The combo of the spicey chilli oil and the rosemary is unexpectedly delicious!
Fresh Rosemary, small chopped
Chilli oil, to taste
Roast the garlic. Add it to 1 tablespoon of mayo and mash to make a spread.
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter and chopped rosemary. Spread the butter on a small cutting board or plate.
Add teaspoon sized dollops of the garlic mayo scattered on the butter and smear them in gently. Do not over stir.
Lightly drizzle the chilli oil. Use the back of a spoon if needed to spread the oil if needed. Lastly, drizzle the honey.
Serve with fresh warm bread!
