We love an easy dinner, and this Garlicky Baked Shrimp is so fast to make! (just 10 minutes!) It is cooked in garlic and white wine, and topped with a sprinkle of buttery panko. Finish it off with fresh lemon juice and herbs.

Pro Tip: If buttery panko is up your ally, make 1.5 times the panko/butter mixture. You won’t regret it!
Ingredients
Raw shrimp (peeled and de veined)
Garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
White wine
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Grass-Fed Heritage Butter Sea Salted (melted)
Panko bread crumbs
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Fresh parsley or basil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425

In a medium mixing bowl, add the shrimp, garlic and white wine. Toss to combine. Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish in an even layer and season with Salt and Pepper.

Rinse out the same bowl, and add the melted butter and bread crumbs. Using a fork, combine the ingredients. Next, use your fingers to bread the crumb mixture evenly over the shrimp.

Transfer baking dish to the oven and bake for 7 minutes, or until the shrimp are just starting to turn pink.

Switch setting to broil, and broil shrimp and another 2 – 3 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and bread crumbs golden.

Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice and top with fresh herbs.
