Fig and Honey Butter Board

If you haven’t made a butter board yet you better get on the trend! It’s so easy to make, and always a BIG hit served with warm bread before dinner.

Ingredients
1/2 cup

Donia Farms Sea Salted Butter

1 Tbsp

Fig preserve

1 Tbsp

Honey

1 Tbsp

Pomegranate seeds

1

Fresh fig, sliced

1 Tbsp

Walnuts, chopped

Instructions
  1. Spread the butter on a small cutting board or plate.

  2. Add teaspoon sized dollops of the jig preserve or jam scattered on the butter and smear them in gently. Do not over stir.

  3. Drizzle the honey across the butter, scatter the popegranite seeds and place the sliced figs for decoration. Lastly sprinkle the chopped walnuts.

  4. Serve with fresh warm bread!
