This egg bake might be our new favourite way to make eggs. It’s so easy, and soo good! The baked warm feta and a good runny yolk can’t be beat!
Try topping your eggs with hot sauce or chilli oil!
Ingredients
Eggs
Olive Oil
Spinach
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Salt
Chilli Oil or Hot Sauce, to serve
Buttered toast, for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Butter a 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking dish and set it aside.

Add Eggs to baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, top with spinach and then feta. Top with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 12 – 14 minutes for runny eggs and 15 – 18 minutes for more well-done eggs. Keep a close eye on your eggs checking them around the 10-minute mark.

Drizzle with chilli oil or hot sauce, and serve with crunchy buttered toast!
