Easy Fruit Dip with Yogurt

Category: Appetizers
Best for: Snacks
Serves: 4

Prep this fruit dip for an easy and healthy after school snack! The best part? Its just 3 simple ingredients: our Vanilla Grass Fed Heritage Yogurt, orange juice, and maple syrup.

To make this extra creamy, you have strain your yogurt. I like to do this the night before to keep things simple! Simply line a strainer with paper towel and place it over a bowl. Add your yogurt into the paper towel lined strainer in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight.

We love an easy snack like this! Try serving it with fresh sliced fruit – I love apples and nectarines, but all fruit is delicious! Give this fruit dip a try!

Ingredients
2 Tbsp

Orange Juice

1 Tbsp

Maple Syrup

Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, add the milk and 1/3 cup blueberries and 1/3 cup raspberries. If desired, add more berries!

  2. In a medium bowl, add the berry milk and the chia seeds. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

  3. With a fork, mash the 1/2 cup of raspberries and 1/2 cup of strawberries. To make it easier, you can heat the berries up slightly. Once slightly mashed, mix in the jam.

  4. Add the chia pudding to a bowl or individual container in the morning. Layer chia pudding, then the berry jam, and top with more chia pudding. If you want, add a little whip to top it off!
