Buttercream icing is so easy and always a favourite. All you need is butter, icing sugar, 3.25% milk and vanilla extract.
We love to keep it simple by using a store-bought cake mix, and then a home made frosting – it makes the world of a difference!
Donia Farms Sea Salted Butter
Salt, optional to taste
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add your softened butter and whip until light and fluffy
Add in half of the icing sugar and beat to incorporate. Next, add in the milk and vanilla extract and whip. Last, add in the remaining rising sugar. Whip the frosting until it is silky smooth and fluffy.
