Cinnamon Apple Pecan Oatmeal

Try topping your morning oatmeal with our Grass-Fed Vanilla Yogurt, this stovetop Cinnamon Pecan Apple Recipe and a drizzle of maple syrup. We say this a lot… but it is so good! If you prepare a batch of the Cinnamon Apples, they keep well in the fridge for a few days. Breakfast solved!

Making your oatmeal with milk instead of water is a game-changer. It’s extra creamy, more satisfying and keeps you full longer! Try it, and you won’t regret it.

Ingredients
1 Tbsp

Brown sugar

1

Apple, diced

1/3 cup

Pecans

1/2 tsp

Ground cinnamon

Oatmeal, prepared with milk

Instructions
  1. Over the stove, melt butter over medium heat. Add cinnamon sugar, apples and pecans and toss to coat.

  2. Continue cooking for approximately 5 minutes. Nuts will be toasted and apples softened.

  3. Cook oatmeal according to package instructions, making sure to substitute water for milk.

  4. Layer your oatmeal with Vanilla Yogurt, the warm apple mixture and drizzle maple syrup. Enjoy!
