Cinnamon Apple Pecan Oatmeal

Try topping your morning oatmeal with our Grass-Fed Vanilla Yogurt, this stovetop Cinnamon Pecan Apple Recipe, and a drizzle of maple syrup. We say this a lot… but it is so good! If you prepare a batch of Cinnamon Apples, they keep well in the fridge for a few days. Breakfast solved!

Making your oatmeal with milk instead of water is a game-changer. It’s extra creamy, more satisfying, and keeps you full longer! Try it, and you won’t regret it.

1 Tbsp

Brown sugar


Apple, diced

1/3 cup


1/2 tsp

Ground cinnamon

Oatmeal, prepared with milk

  1. Over the stove on medium heat,  add butter, cinnamon, sugar, apples and pecans and toss to coat.

  2. Continue cooking for approximately 5 minutes. Nuts will be toasted and apples softened.

  3. Cook oatmeal according to package instructions, making sure to substitute water for milk.

  4. On top of your oatmeal, add a generous spoon of Donia Farms Vanilla or Natural Yogurt, the warm apple mixture and drizzle maple syrup. Enjoy!
