Oatmeal, prepared with milk
Over the stove, melt butter over medium heat. Add cinnamon sugar, apples and pecans and toss to coat.
Continue cooking for approximately 5 minutes. Nuts will be toasted and apples softened.
Cook oatmeal according to package instructions, making sure to substitute water for milk.
Layer your oatmeal with Vanilla Yogurt, the warm apple mixture and drizzle maple syrup. Enjoy!
