Baked oats are an easy and hearty breakfast. This version made with chocolate milk is delicious drizzled with warm peanut butter, a dollop of vanilla yogurt and sliced fruit.
Ingredients
Rolled oats
Cocoa powder
Sugar
Baking powder
Donia Farms Unsalted Butter, melted
Salt
Eggs
Rip mashed banana
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. Line a 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan with parchment and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Pour into prepared baking pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until oatmeal has set. Enjoy warm with a drizzle of peanut butter, sliced fruit and a dollop of vanilla yogurt!
