These prawns are so quick to make! Serve them alongside a caesar salad or as an appy on their own! They are extra delicious with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice on top!
We don’t include ingredient amounts in this recipe because adjusting to your desired amount of prawns is so easy. I suggest you don’t make too many as leftovers don’t keep well.
NOTE: This recipe for simplicity uses seasoned Italian bread crumbs. If you just have plain crumbs at home, simply season yours with some garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt to taste.
Seasoned Bread crumbs
Pat dry your prawns.
Dip in a bowl of cornstarch, coating the prawns completely. Next, dip the prawns generously in melted butter. Lastly, dip in a bowl of bread crumbs, being sure to coat the prawns. If needed, press the bread crumbs onto the prawns.
If Air Frying: place the prawns in the air frier and bake at 385 for 4 minutes, flip and then bake another 3 – 4 minutes. The breading will be a golden brown.
If Oven Baking: Place prawns on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 4 minutes; flip and bake another 4 minutes. The prawns will be golden brown.
Enjoy immediately! Try with a fresh squeeze of lemon on top!
