Looking for easy breakfast prep for work or back to school? These blueberry jars give us cheesecake for breakfast vibes, which we love! Its three delicious layers:
1.) graham crackers crumbs
2.) our grass fed vanilla yogurt
3.) jammy blueberries
Since our vanilla yogurt has no added sugar, this parfait is not overly sweet. It’s the perfect balance of tart and sweet blueberries and creamy yogurt. Talk about yum!
Ingredients
Graham cracker crumbs
Donia Farms Sea Salted Butter
Donia Farms Vanilla Yogurt
Blueberries
Lemon juice
Vanilla
Sugar
Cornstarch
Instructions

Add blueberries to a saucepan and toss in cornstarch. Add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. heat over medium heat slightly squishing the blueberries. Make sure you do not squish the berries to much, you want to help release some of the liquid mut keep the majority of blueberries whole for texture!

Once the berries are soft and jammy, remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Melt the butter and set it aside. Add the crushed graham crackers to a small bowl and toss with the melted butter.

Divide the graham cracker crumbles across 4 jars or bowls. Using the back of a spoon, press the graham crackers down into the jar. Top with 3/4 cups of yogurt, then add the blueberries on top.

Eat immediately or store for up to 2 days.
