Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

You can add any additional toppings you would like such as coconut flakes, peanut/nut butter, granola, honey, nuts or seeds, etc.!

Ingredients
1

Frozen ripe banana

1 cup

Blueberries

TOPPINGS

1 tsp

Chia seeds

Fresh banana, sliced

Fresh strawberry, slices

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Serve! Add your favourite toppings and dig in!
