This Blue Cheese Wedge Salad is always a hit with my family. It’s easy to make and pairs brilliantly with a steak!
Prepare the dressing ahead of time as it gets better when it sits for a least an hour.
Crumbled blue cheese
Donia Farms 3.25% Milk
Whole iceberg lettuce, quartered into wedges
Radishes, thinly sliced
Green onion, chopped
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Blue cheese, crumbled
In a small bowl, whisk together all yogurt dressing ingredients until smooth. Place in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
Quarter the iceberg lettuce into wedges and prepare all salad toppings.
To assemble the salad take one iceberg wedge and drizzle it generously with the blue cheese dressing. Next, top with radishes, green onions, bacon bits, tomatoes and crumbled blue cheese. Serve immediately with extra blue cheese dressing on the table.
