Blue Cheese Wedge Salad

This Blue Cheese Wedge Salad is always a hit with my family. It’s easy to make and pairs brilliantly with a steak!

Prepare the dressing ahead of time as it gets better when it sits for a least an hour.

Ingredients
BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
1/2 cup

Crumbled blue cheese

3 Tbsp

Donia Farms 3.25% Milk

1 1/2 tsp

Garlic powder

1/8 tsp

Salt

1/8 tsp

Pepper

1/2 tsp

Onion powder

1 Tbsp

Lemon juice

SALAD

Whole iceberg lettuce, quartered into wedges

Bacon bits

Radishes, thinly sliced

Green onion, chopped

Cherry tomatoes, sliced

Blue cheese, crumbled

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all yogurt dressing ingredients until smooth. Place in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.

  2. Quarter the iceberg lettuce into wedges and prepare all salad toppings.

     

  3. To assemble the salad take one iceberg wedge and drizzle it generously with the blue cheese dressing. Next, top with radishes, green onions, bacon bits, tomatoes and crumbled blue cheese. Serve immediately with extra blue cheese dressing on the table.
