Overnight oats are a hearty make ahead breakfast. This banana bread version is super easy and delicious. Serve it topped with walnuts and a generous pour of maple syrup.

Ripe banana
1/3 cup
1 cup
Rolled oats
1 tsp
Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp
Nutmeg
2 tsp
Brown sugar
1 tsp
Cinnamon
Instructions

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
