Ingredients
  • 1.5 Cups Donia Farms Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Lemon Juiced and Zested
  • 1 to 4 Tsp Honey Add to Taste
  • 1 Cup Raspberries Muddled. Plus additional for topping.

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine yogurt, chia seeds, lemon juice, lemon zest and honey to taste.
  2. Let sit 15 - 20 minutes to set in fridge.
  3. While Pudding is setting, muddle the raspberries. Serve the pudding layered with muddled raspberries.
  4. **If food prepping, no need to wait for it to set. Add to prepared containers layered with muddled raspberries and keep refrigerated.
