
Gingerbread Granola! This granola is packed with a filling mixture of oats and nuts, sweetened with maple syrup and a touch of molasses, spiced with warming gingerbread spices and pulled all together with browned butter 🤤.
Serve it over our Heritage Grass-Fed Yogurt with an extra drizzle of maple syrup for a healthy and festive breakfast!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Large Flake Oats
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 Cup Roughly Chopped Pecans (Leave some as halves for more texture)
- 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Allspice
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Cup of Donia Farms Sea-Salted grass fed butter
- 2 Tbsp Molasses

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
- In small sauce pan, brown the butter. To do this, heat butter over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until foaming and it changes to a golden brown. Remove from heat once colour has changed to ensure it does not burn. It will have a distinct nutty smell - delicious!
- Let butter cool, then stir in all spices, molasses and syrup.
- In large bowl, combine oats and nuts. Pour the butter/spice mixture over top and stir until well combined.
- Spread the Granola onto the lined baking sheet. Cook at 350 for 25 minutes, stirring once half way. Note, when the granola cools it will harden.
- Serve over our Heritage Grass-Fed Yogurt with a drizzle of Maple Syrup! Enjoy!
