Every year we plant a cover crop. This is a crop that grows through the winter and we are able to harvest it in the spring. It is also a great way to produce extra feeds for our cows. Not only is it tasty and nutritious feed, but it also removes excess nutrients that remain in the soil after the primary crop.

These cages prevent the waterfowl from accessing the grass in a small area and allows us to see just how much damage they do!

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Raspberries, fresh or frozen
