The dressing couldn’t be easier, just a quick mix of pantry staples that lets the freshness do the talking. It’s the kind of salad that feels effortless but still impresses, whether you’re making lunch at home or bringing a dish to share.
Ingredients
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Honey
Pinch, Salt
Pinch, Pepper
Spring Mix
Snap Peas, chopped
Fresh Basil, chopped
Pecans, chopped
Medium Radishes, finely sliced
Figs (fresh or dried will work), sliced
Instructions

Prepare the salad dressing; whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper and set it aside.

Chop the snap peas, basil, pecans, radishes, figs, and feta.

Add all ingredients to a salad bowl and toss with the desired amount of dressing and serve!
