Smoothies are a staple in our house, especially for my picky eating kids! This easy blueberry smoothie is delicious and it fills us up with the addition or milk, yogurt and chia seeds!
Make sure to let the chia seeds soak in the milk for about an hour, or prep it the night before. You could also skip the chia all together if you wanted, but we love the added nutrients and fibre of the superfood!
This recipe makes enough for 2 medium sized smoothies.
Ingredients
Blueberries, frozen is best!
Donia Farms Heritage Milk
Chia seeds
Donia Farms Vanilla Yogurt
Maple Syrup
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Instructions

In a small bowl mix together the milk and chia seeds. Allow to sit for 1 hour, up to overnight!

In a blender, blend all ingredients. Divide into two glasses and top with whip if desired. Enjoy!
