You cant go wrong with this peanut butter granola. It is sweetened with honey, and has an added sprinkle of peanuts and mini chocolate chips that will make it your new fav. Its delicious served with our Heritage Grass Fed Vanilla Yogurt.
Ingredients
Rolled oats
Peanut Butter
Honey
Peanuts, optional
Mini chocolate chips
Salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 275 Degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment and set aside.

In microwave or stovetop, heat butter, peanut butter and honey and stir until smooth.

Pour over oats in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Fold in peanuts and chocolate chips. Fold in peanuts and chocolate chips. Spread out evenly on the parchment paper using a spoon or spatula.

Bake at 275 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and gently stir. Bake another 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet – Granola will become crisp as it cools!
