  • 3/4 Cup Cup of Donia Farms Sea-Salted grass fed butter Melted
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs Room Temperature
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Cranberries Fresh or Frozen (do not thaw)
  • 6 Oz White Chocolate Roughly Chopped
  1. Line 9 x 13 pan with parchment and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine melted butter and both sugars. Add in eggs and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to wet ingredients mixing on slow speed until combined.
  4. Add white chocolate and cranberries and mix until the dough is even.
  5. Spread dough out into baking pan. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Centre will be just set and edges will be golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy with a tall glass of milk!
