  • 1/3 Cup Donia Farms Salted Butter plus additional for forming
  • 40 Large Marshmallows
  • 6 Cups Rice Krispie Cereal
  • Orange Food Colouring Optional Using Red and Yellow
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Optional
  • Mini Chocolate Chips For Garnish
  • Pretzel Sticks For Garnish
  • Green Mini M & Ms For Garnish
  • Whipped Cream For Garnish
  1. In a large Saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add in marshmallows and heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
  2. Removed from Heat and add in optional pumpkin pie spice, and desired amount of food colouring to create orange. Note: If making the Pumpkin Pie, Only colour half of the marshmallow mixture, leaving the other half as is.
  3. Add in Rice Krispie treats and stir to combine. If creating the pie, keep the two coloured mixtures separate, adding three cups of rice krispies to each colour.
  4. Once combined work quickly to form desired shapes. It will be easier to work with the rice krispie mixture if you butter or grease your hands. Ensure the mixture stays warm to easily mould, but be careful it has cooled enough before touching it.
  5. For Pumpkin Option: Form into desired sized balls. Decorate with green M&M leaves, pretzel stick stems and chocolate chip faces.
  6. For Pie Option: Create using a Pie dish. Take the uncoloured rice krispies and press to form a crust over the bottom and up the sides. Then take the orange coloured mixture and press in the centre, creating the filling. Garnish with Whipping cream before serving.
