- Ripe Avocado
- 2 Frozen bananas
- 1/2 Cup Donia Farms Grass Fed Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Cup 2% Donia Farms Milk
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
