Big Salad with Yogurt Jalapeno Ranch

We love Big Salad! Serve this salad with the lettuce and the toppings separate so you build your salad yourself.  The more toppings the better in our opinion! This veggie packed salad is an awesome side to lighten up an indulgent meal, or great on its own. Pair it with your favourite dressing or go with our Yogurt Jalapeno Ranch.

Ingredients
Salad
  • 1 Cup Pea Spouts Chopped
  • 1//3 Cup Carrots Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Bell Peppers Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onion Chopped Finely
  • 1/8 Cup Jalapeno Chopped Finely, Optional
  • 8 Cups Romaine Chopped
Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
  • 1/3 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Jalapeno
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Green Onion
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Donia Farms 3.25% Grass-Fed Milk

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients, except for chopped Romaine. In a large Bowl add Chopped Romaine. Let dinner Guests add their desired amount of Big Salad Topping.
  2. In small bowl whisk all ingredients together. Add 1 - 2 Tbsp of milk to create desired thickness. Serve along the side the Big Salad Romaine and Topping.
