This quinoa bake is delicious, with sharp cheddar cheese, bacon, and leeks will leave your family looking for more or asking you to make it next week again.
1CupLow Sodium Chicken Broth
2Cups Donia Farms Grass-Fed Milk
1TbpsMontreal Chicken Seasoning
1/2LbsChickenCut into strips
1/2Cup Cooked BaconCrumble after cooking
1/2Cup Chopped Leak
1.5CupsCut AsparagusCut into 2 inch pieces
2/3CupExtra Sharp CheddarWhite Cheddar is Recommended
Preheat oven to 375
In a medium sauce pan over high heat add the Chicken Broth and
then whisk in the All-Purpose flour until smooth. Let Cook for a minute
Add the Donia Farms Grass-Fed Milk and Montreal Chicken Seasoning, let that cook for another 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens
In a large bowl, fold together the quinoa, sauce, chicken, bacon, leak and Assparagus and pour into a 7″x11″ casserole dish
Place in oven for 50 minute or until the Chicken is no longer pink and the quinoa is fully sprouted. Half ways through cooking in the oven remove the dish stir it and top it with cheese and then place back in the oven.
