This quinoa bake will turn anyone questioning quinoa into a quinoa lover, and has become a regular meal on our dinner rotation.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cups Donia Farms Grass-Fed Milk
  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbps Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • 3/4 Cup Uncooked Quinoa
  • 1/2 Lbs Chicken Cut into strips
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Bacon Crumble after cooking
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Leak
  • 1.5 Cups Cut Asparagus Cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 2/3 Cup Extra Sharp Cheddar White Cheddar is Recommended

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In a medium sauce pan over high heat add the Chicken Broth and then whisk in the All-Purpose flour until smooth. Let Cook for a minute
  3. Add the Donia Farms Grass-Fed Milk and Montreal Chicken Seasoning, let that cook for another 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens
  4. In a large bowl, fold together the quinoa, sauce, chicken, bacon, leak and Assparagus and pour into a 7"x11" casserole dish
  5. Place in oven for 50 minute or until the Chicken is no longer pink and the quinoa is fully sprouted. Half ways through cooking in the oven remove the dish stir it and top it with cheese and then place back in the oven.
